We understand “life happens” and that it may be necessary to change or cancel scheduled appointments from time to time. To help with this, we’re happy to waive our cancellation fee and accommodate scheduling adjustments, provided that we receive at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments will result in a charge to the credit card on file of fifty percent (50%) of the price of all scheduled services. Appointment no-shows will result in a full-price charge (100%) of all scheduled services to the credit card on file. If there is not a credit card on file or the card would not process, you would be responsible to pay fee before another appointment can be scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and respect of our workers.
Online Booking:Your credit card will be charged the full amount and a credit will be automatically placed on your file in house. This policy is to prevent fictitious bookings. You are able to cancel your appointment online and the card is refunded, charged fifty percent (50%) or one hundred percent (100%) depending on the circumstance of the cancellation according our Cancellation Policy.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it for exchange or refund within 14 days
of the original purchase date. All makeup purchases are final. All gift card purchases are non-refundable. All product refunds/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method. There is no refund on gift certificates. Gift certificates expire at five years from purchase date.
